Metalrax is an ambitious organisation that places a great deal of emphasis in growing market leading businesses.   Having appointed a new Chief Executive, Andrew Richardson, in October 2007 and announced a strategic review in January of this year, the Group is now in the process of implementing changes which will allow it to access new market sectors and successfully grow its current and future businesses.

The Group has a high regard for all management disciplines, recognizing that excelling in the areas of finance, R&D, production and marketing are integral to the success of our business.  Our employees are intelligent, forward thinking, highly motivated and used to working in challenging yet fulfilling roles.   As we encourage autonomy in the management of our operating companies, local managers are empowered to make their own decisions whilst still receiving the security they need from a large organisation.
